Guest Experience Starts with Communication

Guest experience starts with communication, it sets the tone for the foundation of your client/professional relationship. When you provide guests with clear, professional, and consistent lines of communication, it will set the client's expectations for their appointment.

Always be clear in your communication with your client. Keep the information short sweet and to the point. Make sure when you send information that it is direct and clear. If you want your clients to come in with clean hair communicate that with them. The better at communicating these types of things the better understanding your client will have of your expectations for their visit.

Anticipate client's needs. Always send a new client information that is important for them to know for their appointment. Include your salons address, the best way they can make changes to their appointment, and any policies you may have. This way they feel more comfortable when they walk into your salon.

Always check your grammar before sending out information. You can catch most of your grammatical errors if you read aloud your messages.

Use these tips to help improve your guest experience. If communication with clients does not come naturally to you, set up a Desk-Less Reception Consultation to see how we can take your client communication to the next level.
